ABOUT US

We started Stick's Construction Inc. in 2005 although we have both been in the construction field for many years. This joint venture of Fred's strong carpentry knowledge and Dennis' construction business background has been the cornerstone of our success. Taking care of the client and providing a professional product is our primary objective. Our satisfied clientele from past projects has been the inspiration for our continued growth.

PROCESS

Our focus is to create an enjoyable construction experience for the client and ourselves. We typically discuss the project briefly on the phone. Then we meet to mutually agree on project criteria, budget, and schedule. We sign a standard contract to protect ourselves, and our clients. We complete the work, while getting pre-agreed upon progress payments. We obtain final inspections, final approval from you, the client, and then receive a final payment.


	REFERRAL Past clients are our best form of advertising. We reward this word-of-mouth. We offer $100 for a lead resulting in a signed contract for small projects (under $30,000), $200 for medium projects ($30,000 - $90,000), and $500 for large projects (over $90,000).
